摘要
目前气虚体质与气虚证因冠名相同,以致不少学者对二者内涵的理解上出现偏差,从而进一步出现两者遣药用方不分,易混淆的问题。文章就气虚体质与气虚证首先从辨识内容、调治目的及选药配伍等方面进行辨析,进而从辨体用方用药的角度,介绍了气虚体质调体的主药及主方。通过本文的探究,对于提高气虚体质调体主药主方的精准性及防控相关疾病的有效性具有较高的临床指导价值。
Because of their similar name of qi deficiency constitution and qi deficiency syndrome, it＇s tend to have misconception about their connotation. Thus, it causes the confusion over the medicinal prescription selection between them in current clinical practice. In view of that, the article analyzes the qi deficiency constitution and qi deficiency syndrome from the aspects of identification, therapeutic purposes and medicinal selection along with formula; and further introduces the method of the main medicine and main prescription used in regulating qi deficiency constitution. Through the discussion, the paper provides a better clinical guidance in improving the precision of main medicine and main prescription using for regulating qi deficiency constitution as well as the validity in prevention and control of related diseases.
