摘要
目的分析针刺治疗偏头痛时间因素研究现状及存在的问题。方法检索2007年1月至2017年7月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收录的5本期刊(《中国针灸》《中医杂志》《针刺研究》《时珍国医国药》《中华中医药杂志》)及Pub Med数据库针刺治疗偏头痛的临床研究文献,提取初始针刺介入时机、行针次数、行针时间、留针时间、针刺间隔时间及治疗次数、疗程及疗程间隔时间等针刺时间因素数据信息,分析不同类型偏头痛针刺治疗方案时间因素的选择。结果共纳入中文文献11篇,英文文献20篇。英文文献中仅1篇月经相关性偏头痛提及针刺治疗时机,中文文献仅月经期偏头痛、慢性偏头痛2篇文献提及。英文文献中仅2篇文献提及行针次数,中文文献有8篇文献提及。英文文献针刺间隔时间及治疗次数、疗程及疗程间隔时间均较中文文献长。留针时间均多为30 min。结论现有研究对偏头痛针刺时间因素的关注度不够,研究多表浅,无可靠的临床规范。
Objective To analyze the present situation and existing problems in the time factor research for treatment of migraine with acupuncture therapy. Methods The clinical research literatures of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine in CNKI,published in the following journals Chinese Acupuncture Moxibustion,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Acupuncture Research,Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy and Pub Med database from January 2007 to July 2017 were searched. The information of acupuncture time factors such as the initial time of acupuncture intervention,the frequency of needling manipulation,the time of needling manipulation,the retention time of needle,the interval time of acupuncture,the times of treatment,the course of treatment and the interval time between different treatment courses were extracted.The time factor options in acupuncture for the different types of migraine were analyzed. Results A total of 11 Chinese articles and 20 English articles were included. Only one article of menstrual related migraine in foreign literature referred to the timing of acupuncture treatment. Only two articles of menstrual migraine and chronic migraine in Chinese literature referred to the timing of acupuncture treatment. Only two articles in foreign literature referred to the frequency of needling manipulation. Eight articles in Chinese literature referred to the frequency of needling manipulation. The interval time of acupuncture,the times of treatment,the course of treatment and interval time between different treatment courses were longer in foreign countries than in China. The retention time of needle at home and abroad was almost 30 minutes. Conclusion The current research has not paid enough attention to the time factors for the acupuncture of migraine and the study is superficial. There is no reliable clinical standard.
