摘要
42岁男性患者,右前臂淡红色斑块、鳞屑伴痒痛1个月,皮损沿Blaschko线排列。5年前相同部位及2年前项部均曾出现过类似皮损。结合临床表现、病史及皮肤组织病理检查,诊断为线状银屑病。
A 42-year-old man presented with erythematous plaques covered by scales on his right forearm, with the symptoms of pruritus and pain for about 1 month. The plaques were arranged along Blaschko＇s lines. Two years ago, similar skin lesions had ever occurred on his neck. The histopathologic analysis of a skin biopsy in conjunction with the anamnesis confirmed the diagnosis of linear psoriasis. The patient showed a poorly clinical response to antipsoriatic treatment.
