绿原酸对硫色镰刀菌(Fusarium sulphureum)生长的抑制及马铃薯干腐病的控制

摘要 通过比较菌落生长、菌丝生长量以及孢子萌发力的变化.研究了绿原酸处理对离体条件下硫色镰刀菌(Fusarium sulphureum)的抑制作用;通过马铃薯切片病斑直径的变化确定了活体条件下绿原酸对马铃薯干腐病的仰制效果。结果表明:2.5mM的绿原酸对F.sulphureum菌落生长、菌丝生长量和绝子萌发具有明显的抑制作用。随着绿原酸浓度的增加。其抑制效果越明显,体内试验表明,5mM的绿原酸即可显著抑制F.sulphureum在马铃薯片中扩展。我们的结果表明绿原酸处理可抑制F.sulphureum孢子的萌发和菌丝的生长,有效控制. Growth inhibition effects of Fusarium sulphureum in vitro under chlorogenic acid and control role of potato dry rot were studied in this paper. The results showed that the mycelium growth and spore germination of F. sulphureum were inhibited significantly by 2.5mM chlorogenic acid and its inhibition efficacy was greatly enhanced when the concentration of chlorogenic acid was increased. Compared with control, the lesion diameter of potato tuber slices tissue (Longshu No.3) inoculated with F. sulphureum were decreased after chlorogenic acid pretreatment. These results suggest that chlorogenic acid treatment could inhibit the growth of F. sulphureum in vitro, and inhibit the development of F. sulphureum in vivo, control the dry rot in potato.
