摘要
为了弥补骨组织实验教学中存在的不足,将体外培养的成骨细胞制备成活细胞爬片或固定细胞爬片应用于实验教学,这不仅能够全面地验证骨组织的教学内容,使学生能更好地理解和消化理论知识,同时可以让学生掌握现代的组织学研究方法,提高了学生的综合素质。
To make up some deficiency in the experimental teaching of bone tissue,living cell slide or fixed cell slide prepared by osteoblast in vitro culture was used in experimental teaching,which can not only comprehensively verify the teaching contents of bone tissue,but also enable the students better understand and digest the theoretical knowledge. At the same time the students can master modern research methods on histology and their comprehensive quality can be improved a lot.
