摘要
徒手格斗类项目是现代体育运动的重要组成部分,是格斗对抗项群的主体。主要采用文献资料、专家访谈、个案分析等研究方法,在对格斗概念进行梳理和分类的基础上分析和探讨不同类别徒手格斗对抗性项目群的特征。研究认为:1)根据格斗技法的时间表现特点可以把格斗项目分为打斗类、缠斗类以及综合类;按照技法的空间表现可以把格斗项目分为站立类、地面类和综合类。2)徒手格斗对抗性项目群的时间总体特点表现为较长时间内高速度、快节奏、短间歇、多组数;空间总体表现特点为多点多面、形式多样、立体多变。3)打斗类徒手格斗对抗性项目群的时间特点表现为接触时间短促、较长时间内高速度、快节奏、多组数;空间特点表现为接触面积小、相对位置变化不大、多点、多样、多变。4)缠斗类徒手格斗对抗性项目群的时间特点表现为接触时间较长、快速度、较快节奏、短间歇、较多组数;空间特点表现为接触面积大、相对位置变化大、多面、多样、多变。
Serving as an indispensible part of modern sports,the unarmed combat event is the core and principal part of the antagonistic combat groups.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and case analysis,this paper combed and classified the concepts of combat,and further analyzed the characteristics of different types of unarmed combat group.Conclusions：1） According to the temporal characteristics of combat techniques,the combat events can be divided into striking,grappling and the combination of the two; according to the spatial characteristics of combat techniques,it can be divided into standing class,ground class and the combination of the two.2） The overall temporal characteristics of unarmed combat group are high speed,fast rhythm,short interval and multiple groups in a long time; the overall spatial characteristics are multifaceted,diversified and stereoscopic and changeable.3） The temporal characteristics of striking combat events are short contact time,and long time with high speed,fast rhythm,multi groups; and the special characteristics are small contact area,small relative position,multipoint,diverse and changeable.4） The temporal characteristics of grappling combat events are long contact time,high speed,fast rhythm,short interval and multi groups; the special characteristics are big contact area,big relative position,multipoint,diverse and changeable.
