摘要
针对乙烯裂解炉管渗碳损伤的磁滞无损检测方法开展试验研究,主要分析渗碳层厚度、裂纹缺陷、微观组织及结焦等因素对磁滞检测结果的影响规律。通过开展渗碳、金相观察、矫顽力检测及高温力学性能测试等试验研究和对比分析,建立了渗碳层厚度、碳化物宽度、材料高温力学性能等与矫顽力的关系。研究结果显示,磁滞检测方法可以有效检测渗碳层厚度,并反映炉管材料的脆化程度。
The experimental study on the magnetic hysteresis method for the carburization damage detection of ethylene cracking furnace tubes was implemented,including analysis of the influences from carburization layer depth,crack defect,microstructure and coke. Basing on the carburizing test,metallographic observation,coercive force detection and the high-temperature mechanical test,the relationships between the coercive force and carburization layer depth,carbides width and the mechanical properties were established. The experimental results show that,the magnetic hysteresis method can effectively detect the carburization layer depth and reflect the embrittlement of tube materials.
