摘要
建立食品接触材料中壬基酚、双酚A、4-t-辛基酚及4-n-辛基酚类等4种烷基酚类物质溶出暴露的LC-MS分析方法。样品以异辛烷及50%乙醇为模拟物,按实际使用情况进行模拟浸泡试验,所得浸泡液用LC-MS/MS进行分析。模拟试验结果显示,食品接触材料中壬基酚、双酚A、4-t-辛基酚存在一定程度的溶出暴露水平。其中复合膜袋、食品用容器、硅胶用具和奶嘴等样品在烷基酚的暴露风险最高。作为特殊敏感人群,应特别重视婴幼儿食品接触材料的烷基酚暴露风险。
Establish a method for the analysis of the migration of nonylphenol, BPA, 4-t-octylphenol and 4-n-octylphenol in food contact materials. Use isooctane and 50% alcohol as the simulation, take the migration test according to the actual situation, and analyze the simulation by LC-MS/MS. As the results, there are nonylphenol, BPA and 4-t-octylphenol which show a migration exposure level to a certain extent. And we also find out the exposure risk of alkyl phenol which is high in composite films, food containers, silicones and nipples. As a sensitive group, the risk of alkyl phenol in baby food contact material should be paid attention.
