摘要 PBL/CDIO问题式和工程式教育理念是以培养创新型工程应用性人才为目标的一种新型教育模式。该文将PBL/CDIO教育理念引入到《功能食品学》课程教学改革与实践中,通过在教学理念上对教师提出了3点要求,着重从课程体系和实践教学2个方面对教学模式进行了积极的改革探索。实践证明,通过实施教学改革,该课程取得了较好的教学效果,培养了学生的自主学习和创新能力,提高了学生的综合素质和工程实践能力。 PBL/CDIO problem-based learning and engineering education concept was a new education model with the aim of cultivating innovative engineering talents. PBL/CDIO education mode was introduced into the teaching reform and practice of functional food course. Based on the three requirements for the teachers in the teaching concept, this study focused on the active reform of teaching mode from the aspects of curriculum system and practice teaching. It had proved that through the implementation of teaching reform, this course had achieved good teaching effect. Students' autonomous learning and innovation ability were cultivated, and students' comprehensive quality and engineering practice ability were improved.
