摘要
PT/PVDC/PE复合膜作为食品包装材料,因其具有透明度好、价格便宜等优点,深受消费者的青睐。以新鲜冻光鸡为试验原料,采用无菌真空热包装生产工艺,选择铝塑复合膜与PT/PVDC/PE复合膜两种包装材料,在无菌的生产条件下对烧鸡进行趁热抽真空包装,进行对比试验,结果表明,选择PT/PVDC/PE复合膜作为包装材料有一定的优势。
PT/PVDC/PE composite membrane as food packaging material is favored by consumers because of its good transparency, low price and other advantages. This essay takes fresh frozen chicken as raw materials for experiments. Adopting sterile thermal vacuum packaging architecture technology, the roast chicken while it is hot under vacuum and aseptic condition is packaged by choosing two kinds of packaging materials of polyethylene-aluminum composite membrane and PT/PVDC/PE composite membrane. Through the comparison experiment, it is found the conclusion that PT/PVDC/PE composite membrane as packaging material has good performances.
