摘要
本文通过分析单晶直探头超声检测锻件时调整灵敏度的方法,论证了不同的调整方法对检测实施的有效性是不同的,提出了保证检测的有效性应该采用的灵敏度调整方法。
Through analyzing the sensitivity adjusting method for forging ultrasonic testing with the single crystal straight probe, it is found that the different adjustment methods have different effectiveness; this paper puts forward the methods of the sensitivity adjusting which should be used to ensure the testing effectiveness.
