摘要 气瓶是储存和运输气体、可重复充装的移动式压力容器、是具有潜在危险性的特种设备。水压试验作为气瓶定期检验的关键项目,其要点控制已成为试验参数精准度的重要保障。文章从水压试验方法选用、水压试验要点控制的角度,结合笔者多年工作经验,对气瓶定期检验水压试验前、中、后相关要点做一浅析。 A gas cylinder is the dangerous special equipment that can store and transport gas.As a movable pressure container, it is filled repeatedly. As a crucial project of regular inspection for gas cylinders, element point control has already become the important safeguard of test parameters' accuracy. In the paper, beginning with selection of hydrostatic test methods and element point control of hydrostatic test, the author analyzed relevant points before and after hydrostatic test in regular inspection of gas cylinders by combining with multiple years of working experience.
