摘要
目的:探讨髌骨不稳人群与正常人群髌骨运动轨迹的不同,为临床诊断提供依据。方法:自2012年7月至2016年12月,共纳入35例(35膝)髌骨不稳人群:其中男性11例,女性24例。纳入健康人群10例(10膝),其中男性4例,女性6例。在膝关节0°,30°,45°,60°及90°位置进行膝关节CT扫描,使用Mimics10.01对影像资料进行分析,参数包括髌骨倾斜、外移、旋转。结果:在膝关节位于0°~90°位置时,髌骨倾斜、外移、旋转与正常人群相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在0°~60°,髌骨不稳人群髌骨倾斜及外移逐渐减小,60°~90°时增大;膝关节曲屈0°~30°时,髌骨旋转逐渐减小;在30°~45°位置时,逐渐增大;在45°~60°时,旋转有所下降;在60°~90°时,其旋转程度增大。结论:髌骨不稳人群与正常人群相比,两组动态髌骨运动轨迹存在差异。
Objective:To explore the difference of patellar track between the patellar instability people and healthy people,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:A total of 35 patients(35 knees)with patellar instability were enrolled from July 2012 to December 2016,including 11 males and 24 females,and 10 healthy people(10 knees),including 4 males and 6 females.The knee joint CT scan was performed at 0°,30°,45°,60°,90°,and Mimics10.01 was used to analyze the imaging data,including patellar tilt,external movement and rotation.Results:There was statistic difference between the 2 groups at 0°~90° on patellar shift,patellar tilt and patellar rotation.At 0°~60°,patellar shift and patellar tilt gradually decrease,and at 60°~90°,it is gradually increase.For patellar rotation,it is gradually decrease at 0°~30°and 30°~45°,and at 30°~45°and 60°~90°,it is gradually increase.Conclusion:Based on the comparison of the results,it is found that the differences in the dynamic patella trajectory between the two groups were obvious.
