循环肿瘤细胞富集分离和检测技术的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)是存在于外周血中的各类肿瘤细胞的统称。大部分CTCs在进入外周血后发生凋亡或被吞噬,少数能够逃逸并发展成为转移灶,增加恶性肿瘤患者死亡风险,因此检测CTCs至关重要。CTCs检测通过捕捉检测外周血中痕量存在的CTCs,监测CTCs类型和数量变化的趋势。它不仅有助于肿瘤的动态监测和早期诊断,在预后和疗效评估以及肿瘤的个体化治疗中也有着非常重要的研究价值。本文对近年来CTCs富集分离、检测以及富集和检测相结合的技术的发展及优缺点作一简要综述。 Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) is the general name of all kinds of tumor cells in peripheral blood. After entering the peripheral blood, most of CTCs suffer from apoptosis or phagocytosis, a few of them can escape arid develop ltito metastases, which increases the risk of death for patients with malignant tumor. Therefore, it is very important to detect CTCs. It can detect CTCs in peripheral blood and monitor the change trend of CTCs type and quantity. It not only contributes to the dynamic monitoring and early diagnosis of the tumor,but also has a very important research value in the evaluation of the prognosis and curative effect and the individuallzed treatment of the tumor. In this paper, progresses,advantages and disadvantages in enrichment, separation, detection and enrichment combined with detection of CTCs are summarized.
