摘要
目的总结分析抑郁症患者采用天麻素注射液穴位注射的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月~2015年12月在我院就诊的100例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),所有患者采用基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗同时采用针刺治疗,观察组在基础治疗同时采用天麻素注射液穴位注射治疗,分析两组患者采用不同方法治疗一个月后的临床治疗效果。结果在汉密顿抑郁量表评分方面,两组患者治疗后均低于治疗前,在治疗后的汉密顿抑郁量表评分方面,观察组低于对照组,在治疗总有效率方面,观察组高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位注射天麻素注射液治疗抑郁症患者,可发挥较好的临床效果,降低患者抑郁程度,在临床抑郁症治疗中可在常规治疗同时采用穴位注射天麻素注射液。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of patients with depression by Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection. Methods From April 2013 to December 2015, 100 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases ） and control group （50 cases ）, all patients were treated with basic treatment, the control group received acupuncture treatment, observation group received Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection therapy, the clinical therapeutic effect in two groups were analyzed after one month. Results The score of the Hamilton Depression Rating in two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment. The scores of Hamilton Depression Rating in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection can make a better clinical effects in patients with depression.
