摘要
目的探究中医护理三联序贯法对老年膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响。方法选取膝骨性关节炎患者96例,随机法分成对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础进行三联序贯特色中医护理法干预,比较2组膝关节功能情况、疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组ISOA各项评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率91.66%,明显高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.75%,高于对照组81.25%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联序贯特色中医护理法能够有效改善膝骨性关节炎患者的关节功能,护理效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of three sequential sequential methods on the joint function of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. Thee control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given the nursing method of the three sequential characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The functional status, curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of ISOA in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%, which was significantly higher than 73.17% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.75% which was higher than 81.25% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The three-link sequential characteristic TCM nursing method can effectively improve the joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis, and the nursing effect is significant and worth promoting.
