摘要
目的观察杨氏3A+颈肩腰腿痛特色疗法之"腘五针"治疗膝痛症的临床疗效。方法随机将50例膝痛症的患者分为对照组25例和治疗组25例,其中对照组采用传统针灸的治疗方法,治疗组采用杨氏3A+埋线针刀特色疗法之"腘五针"进行治疗,1个疗程后对2组的临床疗效进行观察和对比。结果对照组治愈6例,显效12例,无效7例,总有效率72%;治疗组治愈20例,显效4例,无效1例,总有效率96%,2组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+埋线针刀特色疗法之"腘五针"对膝痛症的治疗效果明显比传统针灸要好,值得临床学习、推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ guowuzhen＂ for knee arthralgia. Methods 50 patients with knee arthralgia were randomly divided into treatment group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases. The patients in the treatment group were givenYang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ guowuzhen＂ , and the patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy. The clinical effect after 1 course was observed. Results In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective was 96%. In the control group, 6 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were ineffective, and the total effective was 72%. The total effective rate of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinic effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ guowuzhen＂ in knee arthraligia is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
