摘要
目的通过对病案数字化管理开展与应用,评价数字化病案对医院病案服务利用效果。方法调取医院2010年-2016年数字化病案利用数据和服务器记录的访问日志,进行回顾性分析。结果 2010年-2016年临床、科研、教学等对院内病案的利用率由24%增加到117%,年均增幅15.5%。患者、公检法、保险机构等部门对院外病案的利用率由56.3%增加到115%,年均增幅14.2%。结论实施数字化病案管理,不仅有效提高了工作效率和病案管理水平,而且为医教研、患者、医疗保险、公检法等部门提供了增值服务。
Objective Through the development and application of digital management of medical records, the effect of digital medical records on hospital records service is evaluated. Methods The retrospective analysis wascarried out to collect the access log of digital medical records and server records from 2016 to 2010. Results The utilization rate of clinical, scientific research and teaching in the hospital increased from 24 % to 117 %, with an average annual increase of 15.5 % from 2010 to 2016. Patients, public security, insurance agencies and other departments to use medical records outside the hospital rate increased from 56.3% to 115%, with an average annual increase of 14.2%. Conclusion The implementation of digital medical record management, can effectively improve the work efficiency and management level of medical record, but also for medical research, patients, medical insurance, public security and other departments to provide value-added services.
