摘要
车辆识别代号(Vehicle Identification Number,VIN)作为车辆"身份"识别的重要信息,包含了车辆本身的重要基本信息,可以充分反映车辆的结构特征、技术特征及商业特征,在车辆生产和管理领域发挥着重要作用。然而,由于国内外相关标准并未制定统一的VIN编制规则,各汽车生产者VIN编码位的车辆特征信息差异较大,难以有效推广应用。本文通过对VIN应用现状和国家缺陷汽车产品召回中备案信息的分析与研究,提出了VIN解码方法,构建了VIN编码综合管理信息系统,为VIN进一步的高效应用提供了参考与技术支撑。
As an important information of vehicle identity recognition, Vehicle Identification Number(VIN) contains important basic information of vehicles, which can fully reflect the structural characteristics, technical characteristics and business characteristics of vehicles. It plays an important role in the field of vehicle production and management. However, due to the fact that domestic and foreign standards do not provide uniform rules for the compilation of VIN, the information of vehicle characteristics provided by automobile producers is different from those of VIN coding bits, so it is difficult to effectively popularize and apply them. Through the analysis and research of the application status of VIN and the record information in the national defective vehicle product recall, this paper proposes the VIN decoding method and constructs the VIN coding integrated management information system, which will provide reference and technical support for further efficient application of VIN.
