摘要
高等教育信息化教学在思想认识、实践做法、配套机制以及师生的内在动力和能力等方面存在不少困难和问题,有必要从大学教学文化的角度研究并推动信息技术与教育教学的深度融合。"互联网+"背景下大学教学文化有其自身内涵:以人为本的技术伦理观,集成、高效的信息装备技术,开放、共享的教学资源,泛在、竞合的教学主体,混合、自主的教学模式以及科学、人性化的教学管理与质量监控。因此,"互联网+"背景下大学教学文化的建设路径应从加强顶层设计、提升教师信息化素养以及促进现代信息技术与大学制度变革的双向互动等方面着手。
The-information-construction-of-higher-education-is-confronted-with-problems-and-difficulties-in-ideology,practices,supporting-mechanism,and-inner-initiatives-and-capability-of-students-and-teachers.-Therefore,it-is-necessary-to-promote-the-thorough-integration-of-information-technology-and-education-from-the-perspective-of-university-instructing-culture.-The-core-content-of-university-instructing-culture-in-the-context-of-"Internet-Plus"includes-human-centered-technological-ethics,integrated-and-efficient-information-equipping-technology,-open-and-shared-educational-resources,-ubiquitous-and-coopetitious-instruction-subjects,mixed-and-autonomous-instructing-modes,scientific-and-humanized-education-management-and-quality-control.-Consequently,in-the-context-of-"Internet-Plus",the-pathway-of-university-instructing-culture-should-be-proceeded-in-the-following-aspects,such-as-reinforcement-of-the-top-level-design,improvement-of-the-information-literacy-of-teachers,and-the-promotion-of-mutual-interaction-between-modern-information-technology-and-university-system,and-so-on.
