苦豆碱对野百合碱致大鼠肺动脉高压的保护作用 被引量:2

Protective effects of aloperine on monocrotaline-inducing pulmonary hypertension in rats

摘要 目的:研究苦豆碱对野百合碱致大鼠肺动脉高压的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为6组:对照组、模型组、苦豆碱25mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg及西地那非30 mg/kg组。模型组和各给药组大鼠给予野百合碱60 mg/kg造模,对照组给予等量生理盐水。21天后开始灌胃给予大鼠相应的药物,每天一次。在实验第43天,测量各组大鼠血流动力学指标、组织学指标、超声心动图指标及心电图指标。结果:苦豆碱25 mg/kg、50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg可以在不同程度上改善肺动脉高压大鼠中由野百合碱导致的血流动力学指标、组织学指标、超声心动图指标及心电图指标的不利变化。结论:苦豆碱对野百合碱致大鼠肺动脉高压具有保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of aloperine on pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group,the model group,25 mg/kg aloperine group,50 mg/kg aloperine group,100 mg/kg aloperine group and 30 mg/kg sildenafil group. Rats in the model group and drug groups were given 60 mg/kg monocrotaline,rats in the control group were given saline. 21 days after injection of monocrotline,rats in drug groups were orally administered with different doses of aloperine. At the end of the experiment,hemodynamic,pathomorphologic,electrocardiographic and echocardiographic data were obtained. Results: 25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg Aloperine improved hemodynamic,pathomorphologic,electrocardiographic and echocardiographic indexes in pulmonary hypertension rats at different levels. Conclusion: Aloperine may possess protective effects on pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline.
