摘要 以智能电网调度控制系统的深化应用为研究背景,分析特大电网调度控制的重点和难点问题以及组织层面的应对举措,并提出在新形势下调度自动化运维人员专业能力的提升方式。分析智能电网调度控制系统的总体架构及特点、关键技术及作用,旨在找准能力缺口,提炼能力核心。从多维度视角拟定能力成长路线,提出统筹资源举措,共同支撑调度自动化运维人员专业能力和职业素养的提升,推动智能电网调度控制系统的深化应用。 Based on the further development and application of the smart grid dispatching and control system,the following aspects are investigated.First of all,the key issue and difficulties of the large power grid dispatching control and the organizational response are analyzed.Secondly,the training and development method of the professional ability for workers are proposed under the new environment.Thirdly,by analyzing the overall structure,characteristics,key technologies and the effectiveness of the smart grid dispatching and control system,the shortage is found out to improve the core capacity.Finally,a pattern for the future development is proposed from the multidimensional perspective.The training and development method of the professional ability for workers can be supported by the unified managementuse of reasonable use of resources to deepen the application of smart grid dispatching and control system.
