摘要
岗厦北综合交通枢纽作为深圳市中心区一个特大型地下轨道交通及地下空间开发工程,在方案设计上引入中庭开放式站台和站厅上方设夹层回廊等创新理念。同时也带来了超出规范或规范未涵盖的消防设计难点。通过对本工程所存在的主要消防问题进行分析,提出将换乘空间设计为准安全区,夹层回廊采用防火玻璃加喷淋的分隔方式,利用下沉广场与地铁通道结合出入口满足疏散距离要求,计算确认疏散人数与疏散宽度,落实防排烟控制办法,优化枢纽配套地下空间消防电梯布置等策略,最终提出了保证该交通枢纽消防安全的强化措施和建议。
As a major underground rail transit and underground space development project in the central area of Shenzhen,the Gangxia North Integrated Transportation Hub has introduced innovative ideas such as the open platform of the atrium and the mezzanine corridors of the station. At the same time,it also brings the fire design difficulty beyond the code. Through the analysis of the main fire problems existing in this project,it is proposed that the transfer space should be designed as quasi-safe area,the mezzanine corridors adopts the method of separating with the fireproof glass and the spray,and the sunken plaza and subway aisle are used to meet the evacuation distance,calculated to confirm the number of evacuation and evacuation width,implementation of smoke control and smoke exhaust method,optimize the hub supporting the underground space fire elevator layout and other strategies,and finally put forward to ensure that the transport hub fire safety measures and recommendations.
