超声电导技术在治疗慢性便秘中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨超声电导技术在治疗慢性便秘中的应用价值。方法:筛选2016年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院收治的慢性便秘患者60例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组30例患者接受常规慢性便秘治疗,观察组30例患者则在常规治疗基础上应用超声电导进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及临床症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗前排便次数、如厕时间、症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者排便次数、如厕时间、症状积分改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性便秘患者在常规治疗基础上联合应用超声电导技术可有效提升患者临床治疗效果,改善慢性便秘患者症状与体征,具有临床应用及推广价值。 Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasonic conductivity in treating chronic constipation.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,60 cases of chronic constipation were screened in our hospital.Using the random number table method they were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group 30 cases accepted routine treatment of chronic constipation,the observation group of 30 patients accepted the application of ultrasonic conductance treatment based on the conventional treatment, two groups of treatment effect and clinical symptoms improve the situation were compared.Result:Two groups of patients in front of the amount of time,using the toilet,symptom integral are no significant difference(P0.05),the observation group of patients after treatment,defecate time using the toilet,symptom integral improvement effect were better than the control group(P0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine therapy in patients with chronic constipation,joint application of ultrasonic conductometric technique can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effects,improve symptoms and signs in patients with chronic constipation,has clinical application and popularization value.
