摘要
目的:探讨无创呼吸机辅助治疗急性呼吸衰竭老年患者的血气状况及预后。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年5月接诊的62例急性呼吸衰竭老年患者展开研究,按照随机数表法,均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予无创呼吸机辅助治疗,将两组患者治疗前和治疗后2 h的血气指标(HR、Pa O2、Pa CO2)改善情况进行比较。结果:治疗前,两组患者血气指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2 h,两组患者血气指标均得到改善,但观察组HR(92±13)次/min,Pa O2(66±8)mm Hg,Pa CO2(74±13)mm Hg,明显优于对照组的(110±14)次/min、(60±5)mm Hg、(89±15)mm Hg,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性呼吸衰竭老年患者采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗,能缩短病程,提高预后情况,促进患者康复,是目前临床上较为人性、高效的治疗方式。
Objective：To investigate the blood gas status and prognosis of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in elderly patients.Method：62 elderly patients with acute respiratory failure were selected from May 2015 to May 2016.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of routine treatment.The blood gas parameters（HR,Pa O2,Pa CO2） were compared between the two groups before and 2 hours after treatment.Result：Before treatment,the blood gas index in two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）,Two hours after treatment,blood gas indicators in both groups of patients were improved.But the HR,Pa O2,Pa CO2 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acute respiratory failure in elderly patients with noninvasive ventilator adjuvant therapy,can shorten the course of disease,improve the prognosis and promote patient rehabilitation,is currently more clinical and effective treatment.
