改性硅藻土颗粒的制备及其吸附研究 被引量:3

摘要 使用十二烷基硫酸钠对硅藻土进行改性后制得颗粒,研究了改性硅藻土颗粒的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附影响因素。通过更改实验条件以优选得出改性硅藻土颗粒的制备条件并且确定了改性硅藻土颗粒对亚甲基蓝的最佳吸附条件。结果表明,改性硅藻土颗粒的最佳配比为改性硅藻土、可溶性淀粉、碳酸钙质量比为8∶1∶4,焙烧的最佳温度为900℃,最佳焙烧时间为30min。通过优化得出改性硅藻土颗粒对亚甲基蓝的最佳吸附条件为:改性硅藻土颗粒的用量为3g,pH值为7,温度为35℃。改性硅藻土颗粒对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合伪二阶动力学模型和Freundlich热力学方程。 In the paper, the preparation of modified diatomite particles which was modificated though the sodium lauryl sulfate and the adsorption influencing factors to methylene blue on modified diatomite parti- cles were studied seriously. Through changing the experimental conditions, the optimization of preparation conditions and the best adsorption conditions were confirmed. The results showed that: the best mass ratio of diatomite, adhesive soluble starch, calcium carbonate was 8 ~ 1 " 4, the best calcination temperature was 900℃ and time was 30 min. Meanwhile, the best adsorption conditions were as follow: the amount of diatomite particles was 3 g, temperature was 35 ℃ and modified diatomite particles had good adsorption effect when pH value was 7. And the adsorption of methylene blue on the diatomite obeys not only the pseudo-second-order model but also the Freundlich model.
