摘要
为全面、准确地测量铁路超限货物运输尺寸,规范铁路超限超重货物运输工作,确保运输安全,从编制装载加固方案和编制装后电报尺寸实际工作角度出发,结合现场测量经验,设计了"编制装载加固方案需要测量的货物尺寸记录表"和"编制装后电报尺寸需要测量的货物尺寸记录表",并结合实例验证了"编制装载加固方案需要测量的货物尺寸记录表"的实践价值,对铁路超限货物运输工作有着重要意义。
To guarantee transportation safety, it is important to comprehensively and precisely measure the size of out-of-gauge goods and regulate the transportation activities of over-size and over-weight goods. In the view of formulating loading plan, after-loading telegraphed size and considering the field practices, this paper designs ＂Record of Goods Size Need to be Measured for Formulating the Loading Plan＂ and ＂Record of Goods Size Need to be Measured for Formulating the After-loading Telegraphed Size＂. The former Record is verified with field examples, and the results are of great significance to the transportation of out-of-gauge goods.
