摘要
为提升高铁快运服务水平,加强我国高铁快运市场竞争力,在阐述南宁站营业部高铁快运经验和存在不足的基础上,以中铁快运南宁站营业部为例,分析南宁站营业部发展高铁快运经验及不足,运用SWOT模型分析南宁站营业部高铁快运发展的优势与机会、劣势与威胁,提出发展高铁快运的市场组合策略,即产品策略、价格策略、网络策略和促销策略,为我国高铁快运的发展提供参考。
To both improve the service and increase the competitiveness of high speed express in the market, this paper analyzes the experiences and the shortcomings of high speed express business at Nanning Station. By using SWOT model, the author analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats, and then proposes the combined market strategies, including product strategy, price strategy, network strategy and promotion strategy. The research results can serve as a reference for the development of high speed express business in China.
