摘要
新疆由于经济发展水平和教育水平相较之下稍有落后,大学生自主创业也发展较慢且水平较低。文章以新疆大学为例,聚焦于大学生自主创业实践,通过开展问卷调查,借助spss进行数据分析,结果证明学生的自主创业意愿与性别、自身兴趣、个人能力、对未来的期望值及家庭、高校、政府提供的创业环境等因素显著相关。但是当前新疆高校学生自主创业的家庭环境、高校环境以及政府提供的环境还有很大的改善空间,需要对症下药,提高学生创业意愿与行动力。
As the level of economic development and education in Xinjiang are slightly behind, college students＂ self employment is also developing slowly and at a lower level. By taking Xinjiang University as an example and focusing on the practice of College Students＂ entrepreneurship, through the questionnaires, data were analyzed by SPSS.The results show that students＂ entrepreneurial intention is significantly related to their gender, interests, personal abilities, expectations for the future, and the entrepreneurial environment provided by their families, colleges, and the government. However, there is still much room for improvement in Xinjiang. It is necessary to improve the students＂ will and action.
