摘要
在介质阻挡放电系统中通过降低外加电压观察到了不同数目的静止放电丝。通过观察不同数目静止放电丝对应的电流脉冲波形,发现放电在每电压半周期的电压上升沿发生一次,且随着放电丝数目的减少,电流脉冲的强度和宽度都有所减少。采用电流脉冲积分法计算了不同数目静止放电丝对应的传导电荷总量,得到单个静止放电丝对应的壁电荷量,发现随着放电丝数目的减少,单个放电丝对应的壁电荷量增加。最后利用"共用壁电荷"机制尝试解释了该现象的产生。
Static filaments with different numbers are found in a dielectric barrier discharge system when decreasing the applied voltage. By observing the waveforms of current pulses corresponding to dif- ferent numbers of filaments, the discharge only occurs once at the rising edge in each half voltage cycle, and the intensity and width of current pulses decrease with the numbers of filaments decreasing. The a- mount of surface charges corresponding to one static filament is calculated by the time integration of the total current pulse divided by the number of static filaments. It is found that when the number of static filaments decreases, the amount of surface charges increases corresponding to one static filament. The mechanism of sharing the surface charges is used to interpret the occurrence of this phenomenon finally.
