摘要
[目的]观察偏瘫复原汤+针刺+醒脑静联合康复训练治疗脑卒中疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组。对照组42例硝苯地平+卡托普利+康复训练。治疗组40例偏瘫复原汤+针刺+醒脑静+康复训练。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定表)、ADI评分(B arthel指数)、满意度、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]运动功能评分、ADI评分、满意度改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]偏瘫复原汤+针刺+醒脑静联合康复训练治疗脑卒中,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of hemiplegia recovery soup＋acupuncture＋Xingnaojing combined with rehabilitation training on stroke. [Methods] 82 random cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the disease number. Control group of 42 cases of nifedipine＋captopril＋rehabilitation training. Treatment group 40 cases of hemiplegia recovery soup＋acupuncture＋Xingnaojing＋rehabilitation training. Continuous treatment for 30 days for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, motor function scores（Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment table）, ADI score（B arthel index）, satisfaction, adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The motor function score, ADI score and satisfaction improvement group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Hemiplegia recovery soup＋acupuncture＋Xingnaojing combined rehabilitation training for stroke, satisfactory results,no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
