非布司他在慢性肾脏病治疗中的研究进展

摘要 随着临床研究的不断更新,人们已认识到高尿酸血症不仅是患者出现肾功能减退时的标志之一,而且还主动参与了慢性肾脏病（CKD）的发生发展过程。非布司他作为新型的抑制尿酸生成的药物,因其较别嘌呤醇有更好的降尿酸效果且耐受性良好而受到关注。目前已有部分研究发现它除了降尿酸作用外,还具有延缓CKD进展、减少CKD患者并发心血管事件的作用,本文就此做一综述。1高尿酸血症与CKD较多研究已证实高尿酸血症是CKD的独立危险因素,
