摘要
目前,粘土层35~220 kV直线塔基础大多为柔性板式基础和原状土掏挖基础。按照国家电网公司机械化施工的标准化设计要求,对110~220 kV直线塔在平原粘土层地质条件下的刚性台阶基础、柔性板式基础和原状掏挖基础进行技术经济分析。根据基础作用力大小不同,原状土掏挖基础单位造价较台阶基础和板式基础节省,具体节省造价在统计范围内呈正态分布;当基础上拔力小于临界点时,宜选用刚性台阶基础;当基础上拔力大于临界点时,宜选用柔性板式基础。
At present,most foundations of the 110 ~220 kV straight line towers in argillaceous layer are either identical rigid benched foundation or undisturbed soil undercut foundation.Techno-economic analysis is carried out for the flexible mat foundation,rigid benched foundation and undisturbed soil undercut foundation of 110~220 kV straight line tower built in plain argillaceous layer according to mechanical construction standard of the State Grid.According to the difference of the applied forces,the unit cost of undisturbed soil undercut foundation is lower than flexible mat foundation and rigid benched foundation.The saving rate is of a normal distribution shape from the statistical data.When the foundation uplift is smaller than the critical point,the flexible mat foundation should be selected;when the foundation uplift is greater than the critical point,the rigid benched foundation should be selected.
