摘要
为优化超声波金属焊接工艺参数,对各工艺参数之间相关性以及工艺参数对峰值功率和焊接接头拉力的影响开展研究。通过试验研究了时间模式和能量模式下振幅、焊接时间、焊接压力和焊接能量与峰值功率及焊接接头拉力的相互关系。试验结果表明,峰值功率与焊接模式无关,仅与焊接工艺参数等因素相关,而焊接接头拉力不仅与焊接工艺参数相关,同时也受焊接模式影响。
In order tooptimize ultrasonic metal welding process, the correlation analysis of welding process parameters iscon- ducted. The effect of welding parameters on peak power and welded-joint tensile force in time mode and energy mode are ana- lyzed with experiments. The results show that peak power is independent of welding mode and is only related to welding process parameters, while welded-joint tensile force is not only related to welding parameters, but also affected by welding mode.
