摘要
目的:研究和胃消疡汤经验方联合三联疗法辨治肝胃不和型胃溃疡的效果。方法:80例肝胃不和型胃溃疡患者,根据治疗方法不同分为甲组与乙组,各40例。甲组采取三联法辨治,乙组在甲组基础上配合和胃消疡汤经验方。对比两组的临床效果。结果:甲组总有效率为82.5%,乙组总有效率为97.5%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:在西医三联疗法的基础上,对肝胃不和型的胃溃疡患者积极联合和胃消疡汤经验方辨治,可以显著提升治疗效果,该疗法应用价值颇高,值得推广。
Objective to study the experience and gastric ulcers elimination soup party combined triple therapy treating liver stomach type with the effect of gastric ulcer. Methods 80 patients with liver stomach type with gastric ulcer, according to different treatment into the first division and group b, 40 cases in each. Students take the joint method of syndrome differentiation, group b on the basis of students＇ cooperation and gastric ulcers elimination soup experience. Compare the clinical effect of two groups. First division results the total effec-tive rate was 82.5%, total effective rate in the total effective rate was 97.5%, b two groups are statistically significant differences（P 0.05）. Results based on the triple therapy of western medicine, actively engaging in patients with liver stomach type with gastric ulcer and gastric ulcers elimination soup experience treating, can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment, the treatment applied value, worthy of promotion.
