摘要
温州市在2011年进行四小车(机动三轮车、残疾人机动轮椅车、摩托车和人力客运三轮车)专项整治工作后,社区巴士作为一种替代交通方式孕育而生。经过几年的经验积累与优化改善,鹿城区部分社区巴士线路已逐步由亏损转为盈利,然而龙湾区5条社区巴士线路却一直处于亏损状态,让人心生茫然。本文介绍温州市发展社区巴士的大背景、大环境,对龙湾社区巴士的现状情况和所临困境进行分析,指明龙湾社区巴士的发展定位和方向,对社区巴士提出一系列综合改善措施,并对措施的实施情况与所起效果进行描述。
After the special renovation task of four kinds of vehicles（motor tricycles, motorized wheelchairs for the disabled, motorcycle pedal tricycles） in WenZhou in 2011, community bus appeared as a replacement traffic mode. After several years of experience accumulation and optimization improvement, some community bus lines in Lucheng district has gradually shifted from loss to profit, but five community bus lines in Longwan district are almost always at a loss of the state, let developing the community bus to be at a loss. This paper introduces the background of community bus in WenZhou at first, then analysis the present situation and trouble of Longwan＇s community bus, points out the orientation and direction of the community bus, at last put forward a series of comprehensive improvement measures for the community bus, described the implementing situation and the implementing effect.
