摘要
随着风电渗透率的增大,风电大规模的并网对海南电网的影响也变得越来越大,其结果可能导致电力系统的安全稳定性发生变化,系统存在失稳的风险。基于DIgSILENT软件,构建海南电网仿真模型,应用P-V、V-Q曲线的静态电压稳定分析方法,通过不断的增加风电渗透率,研究其并网对海南电网系统稳态安全稳定的影响。同时利用P-V、V-Q曲线测算出系统最大允许的风电并入电网容量,再结合灵敏度指标,分析海南电网不同运行方式下风电渗透率的增加对系统电压稳定性所带来的影响,所得结论为海南电网风电建设提供参考。
Along with the increasing penetration of wind power, the impact of wind power integration on Hainan power grid will increase correspondingly, and large-scale wind power integration may lead to changes in the stability of power system. In this paper, a simulation model of Hainan power grid is built based on DIgSILENT software, and the static voltage stability analysis method of P-V and V-Q curves is used to study the influence of wind power integration on steady state security and stability of wind power generation. At the same time, P-V and V-Q curves are used to determine the maximum allowable wind power capacity of the system, and the sensitivity analysis index is used to analyze the influence of wind power penetration on the system w)ltage stability in different operalion modes, the conclusions provide reterence for wind power construction in Hainan Dower grid.
