摘要
中医药对外交流合作示范基地(以下简称"示范基地")能有效地推动中医药国内发展与国际化进程,对国内已有的中医药基地有着示范作用。文章分析了发展示范基地的重要意义与现实需要,包括中医药发展正受到政府的重视、中医药能发挥中医学独特魅力、中医药能提高国家实力与国际地位等三个方面。提出"五抓五建":抓顶层设计,建管理机制;抓战略导向,建考核团队;抓绩效考核,建反馈机制;抓先进评优,建奖惩机制;抓示范交流,建互动平台等方式推动示范基地更好地发展。
TCM international liaison demonstration base effectively promotes the development of TCM at home and abroad and is the example for the TCM demonstration base in China. In the paper,the importance and demand of TCM development in China were analyzed,including the government consideration,the unique feature of TCM in traditional medicine and the promotion of national powder and international position. The strategies were pointed on the better development of the demonstration base,such as top-level design,management mechanism,team assessment,interactive platform,cooperation and exchange.
