摘要
针对煤矿设备开采方式及设备选型的主观及经验性决策困难问题,开展薄煤层开采设备地质适应性研究,选取地质条件、安全因素、经济因素、劳动生产率、合理程度的等影响因素,建立安全因素的互补燕尾突变模型、经济因素和合理程度和煤层地质的互补蝴蝶突变模型、劳动生产率的非互补尖点突变模型,并给出实际案例分析求解,计算出开采设备适应度,表明该种薄煤层开采设备突变决策选型方法可行.
To solve the problems of subjective and empirical decision-making optimization of mining method and equipment selection, this paper studied the geological adaptability of thin seam mining equipment, and established the complementary swallowtail catastrophe model based on security reasons, the complementary butterfly catastrophe model considering the economic factor, the reasonable degree and the coal seam geology, and the noncomplementary cusp catastrophe model referring to productivity of labor. The adaptability of mining equipment is obtained by analyzing the actual case. The study shows that the selection method of catastrophe decision-making for thin seam mining equipment is feasible.
