摘要
二次经营是企业创效的重要手段之一,本论文结合昆明地铁塘子巷车站工程,从合同研判、施工图量差、施工组织设计优化、高新难技术的应对以及保险理赔等五个方面对二次经营的总体策划进行了阐述,并结合永久钢管柱施工方案优化变更,详细介绍了二次经营工作的实施,阐明了影响二次经营工作成效的重要因素,总结归纳了成功经验,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
Secondary operation is one of the important means for enterprise＇s profit. In this thesis,taking the Tangzixiang Station in Kunming Metro as an example,it elaborated the overall planning of the secondary operation,including the analysis of construction contract,the working drawing quantity difference,the construction organization design optimization,the disposing for high,new and difficult project,and the insurance claims. Combined with a permanent change in steel tube column construction scheme optimization,the thesis introduced in detail the implementation of the secondary operation,illustrated the important factors that affected secondary operation effectiveness,and summed up the successful experience.It could offer the reference for the similar projects.
