钢板内固定合并韧带修复治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果 被引量:2

Clinical effect of plate internal fixation combined with ligament repair on ankle fracture

摘要 目的探讨钢板内固定合并韧带修复治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取踝关节骨折患者62例为研究对象,对其进行钢板内固定合并韧带修复治疗后进行随访,分析其临床治疗效果。结果术后对62例患者进行8~12(10.33±3.23)个月的随访,其中60例完成整个随访过程,2例失访,失访率为3.23%。完成随访的60例骨折愈合情况良好,骨折愈合时间10~15(12.05±3.12)周。术后2个月,经X射线检测,60例患者踝部均得有效复位,踝部解剖复位率为100%。术后6个月,Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统评估结果显示,疼痛、稳定、行走三项评分分别为(12.53±3.34)分、(12.78±3.55)分、(13.89±3.23)分,踝部功能恢复情况较为良好。结论踝关节骨折患者采用钢板内固定合并韧带修复方案进行治疗后,具有较为显著的临床治疗效果,骨折愈合率高,踝部均得到了有效的复位,功能恢复情况良好。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plate internal fixation combined with ligament repair on ankle fracture. Methods Sixty-two patients with ankle fracture were selected and followed up after plate internal fixation and ligament repair,and the clinical treatment effect were analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 8 to 12( 10. 33 ± 3. 23) months. Among them,60 patients were followed up successfully,while two patients were lost to follow up and the lost rate was 3. 23%. The fracture healed well in 60 patients,and the fracture healing time was 10 ~ 15( 12. 05 ± 3. 12) weeks.Two months after the operation,the ankles were effectively reset in 60 patients detected by X ray examination,and the anatomic reduction rate of ankle was 100%. Six months after the operation,Baird-Jackson ankle joint scoring system showed that the score of pain,stability and walking were( 12. 53 ± 3. 34)points、( 12. 78 ± 3. 55) points and( 13. 89 ± 3. 23) points, the ankle function recovered well.Conclusions Patients with ankle fracture treated by plate fixation combined with ligament repair scheme have significant clinical effect and high fracture healing rate.
