摘要
目的利用非线性化学指纹图谱技术,建立一种西洋参掺伪鉴别和西洋参产地溯源的新方法。方法西洋参样品经粉碎处理后,直接置于反应器中,加入25.00 mL硫酸溶液、10.00 mL丙酮溶液和15.00 mL硫酸锰溶液,调节磁力搅拌器转速为1000 r/min,温度控制为50.00℃,搅拌反应至5.00 min时,用注射器迅速注入5.00 mL溴酸钠溶液,记录E-t曲线数据至电位E不再随时间t变化为止。结果样品用量为1.00 g时,西洋参的非线性化学指纹图谱具有很好的特征性和重现性;西洋参和北沙参、人参、白芷图谱特征有显著差异,可直观区分;系统相似度模式识别可将不同产地的西洋参鉴别出来。结论该方法与液相色谱法相比,具有更快捷、简单、经济的效果。
Objective To establish a new method for adulteration identification and source traceability of Panax quinquefolius by using nonlinear chemical fingerprinting technique. Methods Panax quinquefolius were crushed and placed directly in the reactor, and then 25.00 mL sulfuric acid solution, 10.00 mL acetone solution and 15.00 mL manganese sulfate solution were added. The magnetic stirrer speed was adjusted to 1000 r/min and the temperature was controlled at 50.00 ℃, after stirring for 5.00 min, 5.00 mL sodium bromate solution was injected quickly to the reactor with syringe. Then the E-t curve data was recorded until the potential E no longer changing with time. Results The non-linear chemical fingerprints exhibited a good reproducibility and characteristic when dosage of detection was 1.00 g. The fingerprint characteristics of Panax quinquefolius were obviously different from ginseng, angelica and radix glehniae, which could be distinguished by the visual fingerprint characteristics. The Panax quinquefolius from different producing areas could be identified by the system similarities. Conclusion Compared with high performance liquid chromatography technology, the proposed method is faster, simpler and more economical.
