外泌体与乳腺癌的相关性研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on the correlation between exosomes and breast cancer

摘要 外泌体在发现之初,被认为是细胞排泄废物。而如今外泌体的功能受到了医学界的广泛关注,尤其是在肿瘤的转移、早期诊断、分析预后以及靶向治疗等方面的功能成为研究热点。外泌体与乳腺癌关系的相关研究已被陆续报道。研究表明,外泌体对乳腺癌的发生、发展、早期诊断、临床治疗、药物抵抗、预后评估等有着重要的意义。现对外泌体在乳腺癌诊断、转移、治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。 Exosome is considered to be waste excreted by cells, when it was firstly discovered. However, functions of exosome are widely concerned in the world of medicine now, especially in tumor metastasis, early diagnosis, analysis of prognosis, and targeted therapy. Accumulating studies of the relationship between exosomes and breast cancer have been reported, and recent studies have shown that the exosome plays significant roles in the process of the occurrence, development, early diagnosis, clinical treatment, drug resistance, prognostic analysis of breast cancer. This article will review the research progress on exosome related with diagnosis, metastasis and treatment of breast cancer.
