摘要
生态组合工艺主要处理构筑物是生态组合池,池内通过水隔幕分隔多组并联处理区、絮凝反应区和稳定区,处理区竖向自下而上依次分为:污泥稳定层、厌氧层、缺氧层、好氧层、出水层。该工艺在市政污水处理厂应用显示,COD_(Cr)、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N、TN、TP和色度平均去除率分别为94.25%、98.67%、95.70%、98.01%、69.72%、93.44%和99.6%,污水厂平均电耗0.25 kW·h/m^3,药剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量20.6 mg/L,药剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)投加量7.5 mg/L,估算污泥清理量0.37 DS/10~4 m^3,直接运行成本0.323元/m^3。
Bio-ecological combination process was used in wastewater treatment. Bio-ecological combination tank was the main structure,which was divided into paralleled multi-treatment zone,flocculation reaction zone and curing zone by water isolation curtain. The treatment zone was divided into sludge stabilization layer,anaerobic layer,anoxic layer,aerobic layer and effluent layer. The application of bio-ecological combination process in a municipal WWTP was investigated. The removal efficiency of COD_(Cr),BOD_5,SS,NH_3-N,TN,TP and chromaticity value was averaged at 94. 25%,98. 67%,95. 70%,98. 01%,69. 72%,93. 44% and 99. 6%,respectively. Other operational parameters were analyzed as follows: average power consumption was 0. 25 kW·h/m^3,polyaluminium chloride( PAC) dosage was 20. 6 mg/L,polymeric ferric sulfate( PFS) dosage was 7. 5 mg/L,quantity of sludge discharging was estimated at 0. 37 DS/10~4 m^3 and direct costs of the plant operation was 0. 323 yuan/m^3.
