摘要
针对机床主轴可靠性的预测,提出了一种基于蒙特卡罗模拟仿真的机床主轴可靠度求解方法。阐述蒙特卡罗理论并建立主轴可靠性预测模型,采集机床主轴输出端电机的电压和电流信号,计算出电机的输出功率,并画出功率的时域图,结合数理统计和概率论相关理论得到样本均值的置信区间和可信度。利用蒙特卡罗仿真产生符合抽样样本的总体分布的随机数,通过置信区间和功能函数计算出机床主轴可靠性的无偏估计,判断数控机床运行状态下主轴的可靠性。实验数据结果分析表明,该方法可以有效地判断机床主轴可靠性预测,验证了方法的可行性。
Based on the prediction of the reliability of spindle,a method of reliability of spindle based on monte carlo simulation is presented. Monte carlo spindle reliability prediction model is established,the acquisition of machine tool spindle motor output voltage and current signals,and then calculate the output pow-er of the motor,and drawthe power of the time-domain diagram,combined with the mathematical statistics and probability theory related theory to get the confidence interval of sample mean and credibility. Conform to the overall distribution of the sample by monte carlo simulation of random Numbers,use of confidence interval and the function function to calculate the reliability of the machine tool spindle unbiased estimates,determine the reliability of nc machine tools spindle running condition. The results of experimental data showthat this method can effectively determine the reliability prediction of machine tool and verify the feasibility of the method.
