摘要
目的探讨普通外科护理风险管理的对策。方法本研究选取许昌县人民医院普外科2016年1月~2016年6月期间收治100例住院患者的临床护理资料,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组实施常规方法护理管理,实验组实施护理风险管理,比较分析两组观察对象的临床护理效果。结果实验组观察对象整体护理满意度和护理基础评价结果均明显优于对照组,同时,实验组护理安全事故发生率为4%,对照组护理安全事故发生率为22%,两组比较存在明显的统计学差异。结论在普通外科临床护理过程中应用护理风险管理措施,有助于患者护理满意度和基础护理质量的提高,降低各项护理安全事故的发生率,因而临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the countermeasures for nursing risk management in general surgery department.Methods In this study,the clinical nursing data of 100 hospitalized patients between January 2016 and June 2016 in general surgerydepartmentof our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the experimental group was applied by nursing risk management,the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The overall satisfaction of nursing and the evaluation results of basic nursing carein the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the incidence of nursing safety accident was 4%in the experimental group and 22%in the control group.The differences of the two groups werestatistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing risk management measures in general surgery department during the course of general clinical nursing could improve the nursing care satisfaction as well as the quality of basic nursing care,and reduce the incidence of nursing care accident,so the clinical application value is high.
