摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病人经过胰岛素泵短期强化治疗后,患者胰岛素分泌能否会增多,胰岛素敏感性是否增强。方法选取2015年5月~2016年2月到平顶山市第二人民医院治疗的160例2型糖尿病病人,经过14d的胰岛素泵强化治疗,测量治疗前后常规指标变化、胰岛素分泌(HOMA-B)和敏感性(HOMA-IR)变化。结果在治疗结束后FBG、PG2h、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、TNF-a、CRP均显著下降,FINS、TBA、HOMA-B均显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其他指标均变化不明显,差异不显著。结论胰岛素泵强化治疗可以促进2型糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌,增强胰岛素的敏感性,可以在临床上推广该治疗方案。
Objective To investigate whether the insulin secretion can increase and mellitus insulin sensitivity is enhanced in patients with type 2 diabetes after short-term intensive treatment of insulin pump.Methods We selected 160 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the second people＇s Hospital of Pingdingshan from May 2015 to February 2016,after 14 dinsulin pump intensive treatment,routine index changes,insulin secretion（HOMA-B）and insulin sensitivity（HOMA-IR）were measured.Results After treatment,FBG,PG2 h,HbA1 c,HOMA-IR,TNF-a,CRP all decreased significantly,FINS,TBA,HOMA-B significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The changes of other indexes were not obvious and the difference was not significant.ConclusionInsulin pump intensive therapy can promote insulin secretion in type 2 diabetic patients and enhance the sensitivity of insulin,and we can promote the treatment in clinic.
