摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对连续性血液透析患者生活质量的改善作用。方法 100例实施连续性血液透析治疗患者,依照患者护理方式分成对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者实施基础护理,观察组患者实施综合护理干预。对比两组患者生活质量改善效果。结果两组患者护理干预后的躯体疼痛、体能状况、情感状况、体力和情感对工作及生活的影响、精力、社会功能状况、总体健康状况评分均显著高于护理干预前(P<0.05);护理干预前两组患者的躯体疼痛、体能状况、情感状况、体力和情感对工作及生活的影响、精力、社会功能状况、总体健康状况评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后观察组患者的躯体疼痛、体能状况、情感状况、体力和情感对工作及生活的影响、精力、社会功能状况均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总体健康状况评分(36.1±6.6)分明显高于对照组(29.3±4.5)分(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在连续性血液透析患者中的应用,有助于显著改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the improving effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with continuous hemodialysis. Methods A total of 100 patients with continuous hemodialysis were divided by different nursing methods into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvement of quality of life between the two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, both groups had obviously higher physical pain, physical fitness, emotional status, pysical and emotional impact on work and life, energy, social functioning status, overall health status score than before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Before nursing intervention, both groups had no statistically significant difference in physical pain, physical fitness, emotional status, pysical and emotional impact on work and life, energy, social functioning status, overall health status score（P〉0.05）. After nursing intervention, the observation group had obviously higher physical pain, physical fitness, emotional status, pysical and emotional impact on work and life, energy and social functioning status than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher overall health status score as（36.1±6.6） points than（29.3±4.5） points in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with continuous hemodialysis is helpful to significantly improve the quality of life of the patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
