摘要
盘龙峡生态旅游景区被誉为广东最美度假天堂,是珠三角游客出游重要旅游目的地。通过文献梳理,构建评价模型,以盘龙峡生态旅游景区为例,利用AMOS软件对游客满意度影响因素进行分析。结果表明:游客感知质量、景区形象显著影响游客满意度。其中,景区的食宿条件、景区安全、服务设施、游客数量等指标显著影响游客感知质量;景区特色显著影响景区形象。应从加强基础建设、建设智慧景区、景区特色创新、维护良好形象四个方面提升景区发展。
Panlong Gorge Ecotourism Scenic Area,an important tourist destination for tourists from Pearl River Delta,is known as the most beautiful holiday paradise in Guangdong. This paper takes Panlong Gorge ecotourism scenic area as an example to build evaluation model through literature review,and uses AMOS software to analyze the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction. The results show that tourists' perceived quality and scenic image have significant influence on tourist satisfaction. Among them,the accommodation conditions,scenic area security,service facilities,the number of tourists significantly affect the quality of tourist perception,and that scenic features significantly affect the image of the scenic area. In addition,the article puts forward the suggestions for the development of Panlong Gorge ecological tourism scenic area from four aspects: strengthening infrastructure construction,building intelligent scenic area,innovating characteristics of scenic area and maintaining good image.
