摘要
针对14Cr1MoR中厚板在埋弧焊过程中产生的一种典型裂纹进行了焊接工艺分析,通过焊接对比试验,确定了手工打磨引起坡口尺寸不合适易导致焊接裂纹,并据此提出了焊接改进措施,可供14Cr1MoR中厚板焊接操作时参考。
The welding procedure analysis for a typical cracking occurred in the submerged arc welding for 14Cr1MoR plate is provided,and through welding comparison test,it is determined that the weld cracking is caused by inadequate bevel size due to manual grinding. Welding improvement measures are proposed accordingly for reference during welding for 14Cr1MoR plate.
